Button Mushrooms are very versatile and can be used in Soups, curries , pizza , pastas and rice dishes. They have bland flavor and take up the taste of seasonings very well. Today i am sharing a very delectable Mushroom Masala recipe which goes well with chapati , naan or Jeera Rice.
Mushroom Masala is a mildly spiced button mushroom curry which is an onion tomato based gravy with a very simple and easy to follow recipe . Have used Capsicum also which complements the button mushrooms very well. Adding some fresh cream makes the gravy creamy and rich. A dash of Kasuri methi at the end makes the gravy more flavorful !
